Customers will receive orders at shipping address as written on the form by themselves.
Orders will be delivered in 5 – 7 business working days in regular days and during sales the orders will be delivered slightly delay.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday or any gazette holidays will be sent for processing on the next working day.
During rush hours or delays in verification of information, orders can face temporary delays.
Payments will be collected from the shipping address for all cash on delivery methods by the courier companies.
Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email of tracking information, be sure to check junk/spam folders in email.
Flat shipping charges 199 PKR + FBR POS fee 1 PKR will be charged on all orders below Rs.5000 & Free on all orders above upto Rs. 5000.
We offer COD cash on delivery payment mode only.
Courier team will call for the confirmation and re-attempt twice for delivery, if nobody responses from the shipping address, order will be returned back to shipper.
