Exchange & Returns

All products purchased from www.bestsellers.com.pk can be exchanged within same day of delivery only if:-

  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.
  • You must notify us within the same day of delivery by writing to customercare@bestsellers.com.pk with proof of purchase.
  • Replacement will be sent in case a defected/faulty/damaged item is received. You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item at customercare@bestsellers.com.pk, within the same day of delivery before any claims can be processed.
  • Exchanging items shipping cost will be charged to customer in case of size change request.
  • In case of lost shipment, customer must inform via email customercare@bestsellers.com.pk with the complete order details. If in inquiry, it is confirmed that your claim is valid, then the product will be shipped again.
  • Product purchased can only be exchanged in different size, depending on the size availability.

 

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:

  • Exchange request is not made on the same day of delivery and outside the specified time frame.
  • The product is damaged because of use, washed or is in flawed condition.
  • The product has tampered.
  • Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.
  • Packs of products (containing more than one item) are considered to be one item, so their packaging may not be opened and they may not be returned partially or individually.
  • We reserve the right to refuse for claims and No returns of items can be claimed once order is shipped.
